Wellness coaching can bring health and balance affecting all aspects of your physical and mental performance in your office, at school or in your home. The individual specific program is tailored to our 7 PILLARS of Wellness. Within the 7 PILLARS, YOUR individualized plan is designed to find your best self and ultimately to feel your best. Focus may include exercise, eating habits, stress reduction, sleep, mentoring, accountability, addiction, recovery, environmental toxic recognition and weight management. Wellness methods practiced include cold therapy, meditation, breathing, high intensity workouts, beginner exercise programs, yoga, stretching, essential oils, nutritional guidance and supplementation. Program is based on your needs and rates are based accordingly.

Wellness plans are based off these 7 PILLARS of Wellness- Physical, Mental Wellness, Mental Toughness(Emotional Intelligence), Nutritional, Spiritual, Relationships and Financial. If one or any of these are off, it will affect how you feel and you’re overall wellness. We set up your plan according to your bio-Individuality. Trying to work on oneself and how to get your body holistic back into balance and homeostasis. Homeostasis is the state of steady internal, physical, and chemical conditions maintained by living systems. This is the condition of optimal functioning for the organism and includes many variables, such as body temperature, fluid balance, being kept within certain pre-set limits and working on The 7 PILLARS of your Wellness.
