Monthly Wellness Tip

Stress is the underlying cause of most disease. Stress is needed and the human body thrives on it. However, if you stay in the stress response your body doesn't have the chance to get into rest and recuperation mode. Try this breathing technique to help you reduce your stress and get into rest and recuperation mode. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds then release for 8 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times.
