Description
SEM training is created for the serious athlete in mind. This will create an explosive muscle memory that will provide the athlete with a next level performance on every rep. The program works on increasing speed & quickness, explosive power and fast twitch athletic movements. SEM is for all ages, increasing movements and power levels as athlete progresses in the program. Laser timer in the 40 yard dash and 5-10-5. Athletes that have trained in the SEM system have gone on to play college baseball and football at Miami, OH, UNC Chapel Hill and UCF.
