Healthy employees are more focused and productive in the work place. An unhealthy employee can be highly inefficient. They increase the corporate health care costs. A healthy employee is a happy employee and a productive employee. Current corporate wellness programs are vague and fail to reach the employee’s in most need due to the broad stroke by which most wellness programs are designed. We can design a program specific to the needs of your group based on the bio-individuality of your work force. Some modalities include stress reduction, food for medicine, group seminars, how to navigate the grocery store, exercise/movement, mentoring and accountability, addiction, environmental toxic recognition and weight management.
