Group Training

Provides 2 types of coaching: coach/player and player/player. Secondary learning is so important to see the correct physical process, developing the proper techniques to give each player the foundation to achieve success. Working within a small group setting allows you to learn habits that will enhance your game and how to apply it in game speed reps.

Speed + Agility

Speed and agility training drills are designed for explosives movements. It is important to train at a level that is equal to your game intensity to increase performance and to minimize injury.

1 hour sessions offered Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
$100/month unlimited
