Wellness coaching can bring whole health and balance affecting all aspects of your physical and mental performance in your office, at school or in your home. My individual specific program is tailored to YOUR needs. We design YOUR individualized plan to find your best self and ultimately to feel your best. Focus may include exercise, eating habits, stress reduction, sleep, mentoring, accountability, addiction, environmental toxic recognition and weight management. Wellness methods practiced include yoga, meditation, breathing, high intensity workouts, beginner exercise programs, essential oils, nutritional guidence and supplementation. Program is based on your needs and rates are based accordingly.
